The housing can only be removed with tools or after opening a lock, thus providing effective basic protection against vandalism.

Flexible mounting and anti-theft protection
The metal housing has two standard tripod threads on the back, which can be used to mount it securely to trees, posts or other fixed structures – for example, using suitable brackets or mounting arms. In addition, integrated eyelets allow the use of a standard cable lock, so that the camera and housing can be reliably secured against theft. Precisely cut-out openings ensure that the lens, motion sensor and infrared flash can operate without restriction. This maintains the full image quality and illumination of the ZEISS Secacam 1 – with maximum security in the field.
