Walther Emergency Rescue Knife

Walther Emergency Rescue Knives are carefully designed tools that can save lives. Their 440 stainless steel blades have a black coating and are serrated on the rear third for cutting cords and belts. In addition to the normal opening aid at the back of the blade, the Walther ERK has a flipper which allows the knife to be opened quickly and easily with an index finger, even when the user is wearing a glove. The flipper also reduces the risk of finger injuries from the blade. The Walther ERK has a liner lock mechanism. In addition to the rubber inlays each plastic grip plate also has three fluorescent inlays so that the knife can be seen in the dark and grasped correctly. Two very important features can be found in the rear third of the handle: a belt cutter and glass breaker, indispensable in emergencies.
