The Smoking Tray 150 is a practical and versatile tool with high sides and a perforated surface, making it ideal for smoking smaller items that must not slip through the grate. It is particularly suitable for smoking chopped vegetables, chicken, seafood and a variety of other foods. The moulded handles with slightly curved sides make it easy to carry the tray safely to the table, for example whilst wearing oven gloves.
