Banks SF Extra GTX
A dream for hikers with a wide forefoot. The Straightfit Extra last from Hanwag offers plenty of space at the sides for the forefoot and big toe. This makes light trekking tours a pleasure. The shoe is made entirely of the finest LWG-certified nubuck leather - a seal of quality not only for particularly high-quality leather, but also for sustainable, environmentally friendly processing. A polyurethane foam wedge around 1.5 millimetres thick in the midsole makes the rolling motion smoother, the cushioning noticeably better and the long hikes more comfortable. The GORE-TEX lining keeps feet reliably dry. Colour: mocca/asphalt.

Gore-Tex Standard: Reliable Clothing for Stand, Stalking, and Long Hunting Trips

Gore-Tex Standard offers reliable protection against rain, wind, and cold while staying breathable – ideal for hunting in any weather. Whether on the high seat or on the move: you stay dry, warm, and flexible. The micro-fine pores are 20,000 times smaller than raindrops, providing absolute waterproof protection against moisture, while being 700 times larger than water vapour molecules, so sweat can escape and freshness is maintained. The membrane is also windproof: cold wind stays out, warmth stays on the body.

Vibram Sole: Italian Grip Technology for Hunting Footwear

The Vibram sole comes from the Italian manufacturer Vibram, which has developed special rubber compounds for maximum traction since the 1930s – recognisable by the yellow octagon logo. Deep lug patterns provide secure grip on damp forest floor, roots, or steep terrain. The vulcanised rubber is particularly durable and resistant to abrasion, even in rough hunting grounds. Some compounds are optimised specifically for wet conditions, snow, or ice – practical for winter hunting. This gives Vibram soles secure footing for hunters during stalking and stand hunting.
