The Ballistol Fast Bluing Set is the all-in-one solution for fixing minor damage to gun barrels, weights, screws, nuts or bolts. It includes everything needed for preparation, application and conservation, all in a compact case. Achieve a deep black matte finish and optimal corrosion protection in just a few steps.

Full kit for best bluing results
This set is user-friendly and perfect for beginners. It works on steel (up to 3% chromium) and iron, but not on aluminium, zinc alloys or heavily alloyed steel. Final conservation is provided by the included Ballistol Universal Oil for lasting protection.

Application note
Degrease and polish the surface thoroughly. Apply fast bluing with the brush and allow to act for 3–30 minutes until a yellowish-white residue forms. Rinse with water, gently dry, and spray lightly with Ballistol Universal Oil. Multiple rounds enhance the blackness.

Rinse skin with water [or shower].
IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
IF IN EYES: Einige Minuten behutsam mit Wasser ausspülen. Eventuell vorhandene Kontaktlinsen nach Möglichkeit entfernen. Weiter spülen. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor/ Refer to manufacturer or supplier for information on recovery or recycling.
IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Store locked up. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection/hearing protection.
IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water [or shower]. Harmful if inhaled. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May be corrosive to metals. Harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children.
