The high-quality plug-in connection made of extra strong stainless steel allows you to safely adjust the distance to the heat source. Thanks to the integrated turning function, the board can be easily rotated during cooking. The stainless steel clasp holds the fish in place perfectly - ideal for large fish fillets. The flame salmon holder can be attached to all fire bowls, fire plates (plancha), fire barrels and any fire basket with a material thickness of 2-6 mm.
