Trailer Hook

Whenever you’re worried about missed strikes while fishing with chatterbaits or spinnerbaits, you should use a trailer hook. This model is extremely sharp and sturdy. A piece of silicone tubing is located above the large eye. This helps secure the trailer hook to the lure. Once you’ve pulled the eye—along with the silicone tubing—over the bend of the lure hook, the trailer hook is securely fastened. However, it still has some play to the right or left, which improves your catch rate.
